WARRANTY & RETURNS

14-Day Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return the item for a refund, provided that:

- The item is in brand new, unused condition.

- It is returned in its original packaging.

- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs).

Warranty Claims – 2 Years

All BBQARM products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If your item is found to be faulty or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

- Your order details

- A description of the issue

- Photos of the defect (if possible)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.
