Warranty and Returns

Your BBQARM products have been built and assembled in our Queensland workshop using steel and aluminium products. With these materials along with the custom nature of our build process, you may notice slight variations, scratches and small dents. Please embrace these imperfections, as they do not compromise the functionality of your product.

If a product is defective, it will be repaired where possible or exchanged for a new product at no additional charge.

If you feel your BBQARM is faulty please contact us within 10 days of receiving your BBQARM in writing to kylie@bbqarm.com.au. Returns sent without authorisation will be refused.

Refunds will not usually be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If authorisation is given, items must be returned (at customers cost), in original condition, and must be saleable as new. A restocking fee will be charged at a rate of 10% of purchase price.
